is this the 3 month growth spurt?

My Son is 14 weeks old and the past 2 weeks he has been a different baby. He's gone from being happy, calm, hungry and amazing sleeper to crying, screaming, fussing, sporadic eating, bright red cheeks, excessive drooling and just generally unhappy most of the day. Does this sound like the 3 month growth spurt and teething? I'm so worried about him and it breaks my heart that I can't seem to make him happy at the moment 😔
