Do all guys do this?

No it doesn't bother me at all before people start jumping on me lol but this is a genuine question. Do all guys get hard while they sleep? My husbands was sick all night and he's asleep right now and I went to check on him and he's completely hard sticking straight up? I thought it was so funny 😂 but is that a normal thing?
