Does anyone have herpes?

I discovered a few months ago that I have herpes, please no hate as I'm super embarresed about it as it is and will have to live with the flare ups for the rest of my life. I was just wondering if there are any other ladies that struggle with this?? The antiviral medication makes me feel super super sick and dizzy. Does anyone know of a natural medication? Any advice or help would be really helpful..

I found out 2 weeks ago that I have it. From what I've read having a healthy diet, working out and taking b vitamins and Lysine supplements help to not get outbreaks.

Hello i was diagnosed with genital herpes 1 years ago. Let me tell you how i over come. So my fiance was my first so ofcourse i never did anything with anyone elsebut him.so one day i was feeling super sick i had all this little bumps my vagina i was omg wth i went to the docmt doc said it could be herpes but woudlnt know till result came in.. When i left the hospital i felt soo mad scared 2 days. I got the call saying i was positive for herpes i am not lying i cried cried like my life wzs over i couldn't blame my fiance because usually people go years with out knowing. But i was weeks upset untill i started looking stuff up. Watching videos. Yes herpes its std but its not severe like other stds that are deadly or not good yes all std are bad. But after a month or 2 i was trying to get better. So after that i was ok about it. This is how i think you know once we had chicken pox we have the shingle virus but its dormat its asleep if that wakes up we will het shingles. So its like that with herpes it will stay dormat. After my first out break i had like 2 others. And it been like a year i had no out break they say sometimes you wont have one it will just shed like you will have no symptoms so maybe this year i had one &no symptoms happend. That's y so many people have it &never know.. Now about the antivirus i never had problem other than little upset stomach make sure you have a full stomach eat before.. Also try n keep good diet less stress n you wont have an our break:) if you need to talk or ask anything lmk
