help?!!

Okay I had my period November 3-9.  I had ovarian drilling surgery on the 13th I bled maybe three days.   And then on the 26 I started spotting not even enough to be on a panty liner.  And then yesterday nothing.  And then today I took a pregnancy test and I think it was negative but when I wipped I was spotting again.  I read on the internet that it could be two embryos attaching them selves in there.    I'm looking for any kind of answers.  Me and my husband have been ttc for over a year now.   Please any advice is appreciated thanks and god bless
