Booster seat advice?

I am considering purchasing this booster seat for my four year old. He weighs 45 lbs and is still in a convertible car seat. 
If anyone has the Graco Affix and can provide feedback on it I would appreciate it. Or if you can recommend a better booster that would also be helpful.

You should keep him in the seat he's in now until he out grows it or get a high back booster with a five point harness. This booster is only seat belt which isn't enough for small children.

I wouldnt put him in a seat without a 5 point harness. My 6 year old has a seat that looks like this one only it still has the harness. But my sister has been putting her son in just a booster since he was 3. Not something I'm comfortable with or would recommend though.
