Can I travel during the first trimester?

I have a long flight to catch in two weeks. Are there risks for the baby? I'm 5 weeks pregnant right now.

I just came back from a short weekend trip. I'm 7 weeks today. It was fine. No risks, it's safe. Just make sure someone can help you with your luggage please. Don't lift it up. And drink water while on the plane. And if it's a long flight, walk around every once in a while and wear stockings/socks. Have a safe flight :)
