I knew someone that sold that stuff and she swore it worked even put up pictures. What she left out was that her and her husband who used alot of their stuff were working out alot to get in shape for their wedding. So i dont know how well it actually works and if the pictures were just for business for her benefit. After she stopped selling that stuff her and her husband gained alot weight more than what they were at before using the products but they also werent working out and excercising anymore. i have heard so much about pills and wraps that its more temporary and only works when you continue to use it or can be used to jump start but you still need to work out to maintain the effect it gives you. You can always try it but everyone's body reacts differently so you will have varying opinions.

Magic pills, teas, diets, and wraps do NOT work.
They damage your metabolism and make it HARDER to lose weight and maintain it. 
If you want to change your body, you have to change your lifestyle. Period.

Juicing cleanses/detox work the best! They're healthy for you and give you extra vitamins you haven't been getting enough or any of.
