I'm annoying, I know but now I'm confused and still need help 😅

Okay so, I made a discussion saying that I was going to get the Nexplanon implant removed. I went today and my doctor prescribed me birth control pills. I just got off my period. Am I supposed to start the birth control pills today? or wait till my next period in three weeks to regulate the bleeding?
