Help :(

Ive always struggled with loosing weight and keeping my motivation. Majority of my friends are all so much skinnier than me and i get annoyed with myself sometimes when we go out at uni and im trying to find clothes that look half decent on me and im normally left with very little choice because of my weight :/ atm im about 15st and i would love to get to 10/11st  :( i have a boyfriend ive been seeing for a while now and i know he obviously would prefer if i were skinnier he just doesnt want to say. Im starting a diet soon and am goin to start an exercise dvd but i need some motivation and im afraid incase i give up:/ any advice for me?
