Help!! I'm 4 days postpartum, pumped out 12 ounces of milk today and still engorged.

I had extremely painful engorgement When my milk came in, been feeding my baby every 2-3 hours. Decided to pump to get some comfort, got 6 ounces out of each breast but it's still so swollen, hard, painful, leaky, and huge. Do I continue to pump or wait it out
