cerelle/cezarette & periods??

Question

I've been on cerelle (same ingredients In same quantity as cezarette) for a month and I was supposed to start my period 4 days ago. I'm experiencing period pain however there is no blood, only brown discharge. Is this normal? Can cezarette/cerelle stop periods?

I am not familiar with cerelle or cezarette, but almost all birth control can stop periods. It depends on your bodies reaction to them. The first 3 months after starting a new birth control  is your body's adjustment period. This is when you will experience the most side effect symptoms, until your body regulates. Bloating and discharge are common symptoms of many birth controls.
