Facebook, in my own personal experience, creates a whole new level of social anxiety. I read too much into things as it is, I don't need passive aggressive status updates or friends posting their activities I wasn't invited to visible to make me upset and being me out of an otherwise good mood.

I don't want to bring any unnecessary drama into my relationship by creeping on my SO's page and analyzing every little comment or like, blah blah. I've been cheated on big time and I feel like FB would open the door for me to have more trust issues.

I think I myself am much healthier without one and it forces me to maintain actual friendships with people out of something other than convenience.

Facebook involves a lot of stupid people in your life. Its also a lot more awkward to run into someone you are not friends with anymore if you 'unfriended' them.

I don't have Facebook but my partner does I completely trust him he barely uses his I used to have it but it caused more problems that it was worth he's a jealous guy which I love about him I attract weirdos by the dozen I'd only have to post something for sale somewhere and have weirdos in boxing me lol it was boring anyway and full of IDIOTS ranting about a sore toe or something pathetic and me being me couldn't help but call them an idiot or tell them grow up x

Nope but my bf does and it drives me crazy. Sometimes I want to look at it but I know I shouldn't because I would go ape shit.

I joined Facebook when it used to only be for college students. You had to register with your college email address to verify that you were a student to join. I loved it then.
