Could this be the start of my BFP?!

I am currently 10dpo and woke up in the middle of the night and had an intense pinching type pain on my lower left side . I have never experienced this in all of my 6 months of symptom spotting. The cramps are still there but dull now. What do you think ?!? Line eyes 👀 or no ?

The same thing happened to me before I found out I was pregnant. I was awoken in the middle of the night to a pinching pain on my left side, two days later I got my first clear BFP. I think I see something on yours, check again in a day or two. Good luck.
