Daily diet carb cycling
Today is a high carb day! (175-225 depending on what im trainimg that day) Everyone is different depending on there own needs . I currently breast feed my 2 month old and do heavy weight training 5 times a week.
Breakfast- cinnamon raisin bagel with blueberry cream cheese 2/3 serving protein shake
Midmeal- egg english muffin jalapeño cheese 2 turkey sausage links
Lunch- 12 Oz chicken breast serving of chix Alfredo pasta mix
Dinner- 6 inch chix breast double chix Subway sandwich
