Last Night I Had Bad Cramps Around 1 & No Bleeding. Soo I Thought it Was Gas Crampss...Today Noo Cramps Like That or Even Really Noticeable. Around 2 Hours Ago I Woke Up From My Nap Too Pee, Wiped & Blood is There!!🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️. Its Not Red More Like A Orangeyy... noo Blood On My Panties.. idk How To Feel or What Think??
I Need Help Or Insight on Whats Going On & Or If Its A Miscarriage Or Not??

Cramping (which can be your uterus quickly stretching to make room for baby) and light spotting are both quite common in early pregnancy. I was told severe cramping/pain or bright red blood or blood that soaks through a pad is cause for concern. Even heavy bleeding is sometimes benign, and even happened to my sister throughout the majority of her last pregnancy (her son is now a healthy one year old). However, it's never a bad thing to call up your doctor. My OB told me that even though cramping and spotting are normally benign, I was to call her and let her know it was going on just to be safe.

Best thing to do is schedule a visit and go in and see. In 2014 I had light bleeding and they told me I had subchrorionic bleeding and my body would just absorb it back up or it would come out when I wiped but the baby was fine on that visit. The bleeding didn't let up though for the next day and got worse and I went back and found out that I lost the baby. So it's always a good idea to go back and check just in case. We did get to see our babies heartbeat though my body just wasn't ready..
