does the low dosage pill effect anything ?

So my boyfriend and I had sex last Wednesday and he came in me a little ..but I've been on my pill for four months and I take it pretty good and on time. I didn't take plan b cause I'm trusting my pill, and taking it properly as I should be. Anyways I'm on a low dosage of the combination pill(mylan)..does that effect my pills effectiveness to work or will it work like any other combination pill?? I'm very worried and I just need reassurance,positivity and feedback pleas 😞
