I bought my house about 4 years ago and never thought that it settled that much, but once I brought my baby girl home I couldn't believe how creaky the house is. She will fall asleep with me and the hubby talking, with the TV on, while music is playing or while I am washing dishes and she is fine but the second I step on a creaky part of the floor while heading to her room to put her down for her nap she wakes up! There are so many creaky places in our house that we have mentally mapped them out so we can step over them or go around them 😒. Random post I know but I needed to get that out for some reason?
