who has had only 5 follicles before egg collection?
Hi, I had 1st simulation progress scan today and unfortunately I only have 5 follicles :( but... the sizes are one 15mm two 12mm's and two 8mm. The clinic said they might bring my egg collection forward to Monday (was meant to be Wednesday) but will let me know at the next scan which is this Friday.
My question is, has anyone had egg collection with only 5 follicles and how may eggs did you get? I heard that some may not contain any eggs and have also heard that some may contain 2 eggs?!?!
Your experiences would be very helpful to help prepare me. X
