Rash between boobs?!?! HELP 😭

Hey, everyone! 
So I'm 20 and this has been a problem for me for years, since high school, and I never knew what to do about it or fix it. Under my boobs there's a rash like where the underwire of a bra would be, and I wanna know if any of yall have experienced this or have any suggestions to get rid of it! It makes me really embarrassed and I wanna get my confidence back!

I get this, especially in the summer. My dr said it's just a heat rash/rub burn that happens when your clothes/bra rubs against your body for a period of time. People with larger breast get it more commonly because of the weight of the breasts. When I know it's going to be a active day or warm out I usually put unscented cream or a bit of vasseline in that area so it doesn't get as bad. I wouldn't put any scented creams as it might irritated even worse (happen to me). I hope this helps :)

Have you always used he same clothes washing detergent, fabric Softener and dryer sheets? My sister would have a reaction to (snuggle) fabric softener. It made he skin between her toes and fingers peel really bad. It even made her tongue peel. But when my mom changed it up it quit. My daughter also had a reaction to dreft detergent she would break out in a rash.
