Depends on the level of mess up. It can range from bringing home my favorite food or snack to a bouquet of flowers. He's never really done anything fucked up, but he's romantic and cares about me feeling good.

It's rare that I'm actually really mad at my husband. We both get mad at eahother from fake fights for like a few seconds all the time and then end up in a laughing fit of some sorts. But when I do get mad at him, it has to be about something really bad. So when that happens, he is usually just sweet, gentle, soft toned voice. Gentle cuddling. Does little things around the house for me and doesn't make a big show out of it. It's really cute but almost funny at the same time. Since he is a 6'0 ft, muscled, bearded, badass truck mechanic, redneck, and has never had a romantic or sweet bone in his body.. haha
