Sorry it's poop

My boy is 7 weeks now strictly breastfed and hasn't had any problems but today had a massive black wet poo anyone else know what this might be? I haven't changed much diet wise... We've added a probiotic drops that his Dr recommended for his colic and last night he scratched my nipple and got a little blood mixed in with the milk but it doesn't seem like enough to turn his poop
