Dealing with pump and dump....

Sooo..... went to dr & asthma has been flaring up and he gave me a new inhaler to try. Well.. also prednisone... and said I cant BF for 5 to 7 days..... :( as soon as I left I balled out crying.....

I just feel like a disappointment and idk what to do.. I already dont produce a bunch, supplementing isnt a problem... I am. I feel like a train wreck.

My plan is to pump today, tonight & in the morning & try to stock some. Before I start prednisone. And give him at least 1 bottle of breast milk a day. Until I can again...

What do you think?... Hes almost 8 months (6 months corrected-preemie) Im asking bc I dont want to totallly wean. Which I dont know when I want to do that too bc I feel quilt when it comes to mind about completely stopping...
