Acne TIPS & ADVICE

Well I'm 13 turning 14 in September but I have acne and it's horrible. It's mostly on my forehead and sometimes around my nose. I always have acne around my face . It only clears up after my period but near it or on it a lot comes back. I use proactive , neutrogena cleansing gel, and I've used clean and clear but nothing really takes it away. And I honestly don't wanna have to stop eating anything hahah . But please any tips or advice would be wonderful! Thanks ! :)
