What helps hematomas (bleeds)

I'm just freaking out now that I have 2 at 9 weeks  each the size of a pea. I've read that many women believe things like water, progesterone and vitamin c help. After 4 miscarriages and loosing my mom I cannot handle a loss😞 If you have any advice or experience, I'd really appreciate it. I love this group💜

Plenty of water and rest. I had one at 7 weeks and was told I would only carry another 2 weeks. Well here I am 23 weeks and no hematoma.

I've had them in two pregnancies, my son is a healthy 23 month old, and I'm currently 32 weeks pregnant. I've had a lot more bleeding in this pregnancy; but every thing is going absolutely fine. 
​Rest up, take it easy. I didn't completely bed rest as have other children. But plenty of water and avoiding heavy lifting as much as possible. 
​Said its normal to pass some dark clots, and that's the hematoma just passing out and sometimes cramping as the blood can irritate the uterus. But if it's bright red then it's an active bleed and to go straight back in.
​Other than that you should be fine and good luck!

I just stayed off of my feet. Plenty of rest, no stress, & water. Good luck honey

My sister in law had a hematoma while prego...my niece is now 16 months old!!

At 14 weeks I started bleeding and they found two hemorrhages. One that was 6cm and another that was 8 cm. they told me my baby would most likely not make it, but here I am at 34 weeks and both bleeds have absorbed back and they were much bigger than a pea! I'm glad yours are small! Try not to push (like
Going to the bathroom) don't force it. Try to take it easy and don't lift anything heavier than a gallon of milk! I'm sure everything will be fine! :)
