not producing enough breast milk

My little one is a week old and still won't latch on. So I have to pump and just bottle feed her the breast milk. But I don't have enough, she eats more then I produce! So I'm having to give her my breast milk, as much as I can get out in a day. Which is probably about 75ML, sometimes 120ML. And then I have to give formula because nothing more will come out of my breasts. Is this normal?? Is there something I can do or eat to make more milk?? I'm a first time mom and I allways thought as long as your breastfeeding there's a never ending supply, sounds dum but I didn't know I would pump and nothing would come out.
