Quick question about timing
I usually have quite a long cycle, 45-75days. I have low progesterone but have been taking vitex for 7months which hasn't shortened my cycle at all.
My period ended 3 weeks ago, for the last week I have had the sorest breast and they are huge.
Can this be a sign of ovulation or could I be exhibiting very early symptoms? My cycle is such a mess that I have no idea what's going on..
