Buy bulk condoms? Or just skipping them?

So my boyfriend and I have been together for 6 months abd have been going through condoms like CRAZY. We are both 20.

I do live on campus in college and can get them free, but I don't want to be that girl who is asking for condoms everyother day (can only have 3 at a time) from my health advocate. I would just rather have a stock. It causes me anxiety to not have many on hand. He lives in an apartment. So there are two places to have them.

I am on birth control abd we are both clean. Is it even that big of a chance that I could get pregnant of we didn't use condoms all the time? We are both clean, got tested.

There is a bulk pack of 200 on eBay (I have purchased condoms on eBay before). The price is $37.00. I think that is a great price, but how to I ask my boyfriend to pay for them? I am already on birth control. Should I pay for the condoms too? Or half or all him?
