I've was diagnosed with PCOS five years ago

I've was diagnosed with PCOS five years ago. I had to do hcg shots to get pregnant with my daughter. I was told I'd never be able to conceive again. A few months ago we had a shock that I was pregnant. Needless to say that ended up with a DNC due to the baby not developing a heart beat. We are trying to conceive again. I'm hoping for the best. I'm 26 and currently living in Kentucky.
