Kitten help!!

I have a kitten that i got off some lady about 9 weeks old and I noticed that she had a white rice looking thing stuck to her fur by her behind. I'm thinking these are tape worms. I had taken her to the vet 2 weeks ago and she got strongid given to her. Is it supposed to make her poop them all out? This one was still moving. Also should I be taking precautions as far as us? Does she need to be quarantined until she gets rid of them? I'm wondering if she's leaving them around the house (we made her an inside cat) and I'm worried they can infect us if we step on them or on the furniture!! Should I be this paranoid?? Please help? This is my first cat.
