Late period or..?

So my partner and I took a shower together and let's say things got steamy. Keep in mind however we did not and have not had sex. At one point during the midst of our rendezvous I'm almost positive he came and it was on my stomach, but he also said that it hadn't happened yet. This was about a week and a half ago and now my period is 3 days late. I read that it is possible to get pregnant without intercourse if the sperm gets close enough to the vagina. Another thought I had was that my body is just not ready yet for my period; I've had a nasty cold for about 5 days now and while I've had this I've experienced some discharge and also a smell similar to hair dye. I'm very confused on what is happening; if you have any idea please let me know. Thank you.

*****UPDATE*****

My period is now 33 days late and I have been having sharp pains in my left breast on and off. I have not taken a pregnancy test because I honestly don't think I am. I haven't experienced any morning sickness nor have I looked like I'm pregnant. I don't know what to do. Or if maybe I'm just irregular.
