My little girl is ebf. I know I have fast flow and we block feed for oversupply. I can hear her gulping air when she eats. The past few days she has been SCREAMING before bed and last night she woke up twice screaming. She has plenty of dirty diapers so I know she's not constipated. I've tried gripe water, I cut out dairy. It will not stop. I feel so bad! Is it possible she's sick? She has no fever and she's usually happy during the day, though she's needy and if I'm not on the move She cries. She will be 12 weeks tomorrow.

If I strip her and bicycle her legs she usually stops but she doesn't seem to pass the gas
