How to conceive a Boy? Any ideas...ok and go!

We just started trying for a baby and we want to go for a boy for our first child. Although it doesn't matter girl or boys as long as they are healthy. But we only want two kids boy and girl. So any suggestions ladies I been reading just want to know if anyone had tried some things that help that help that along naturally without doctors help!? I would love to hear any feedback if someone has insight. Thanks! :-)
