Mirena causing chest pains!

I got my mirena a week ago and immediately noticed my arm felt weird, a few days later I had really bad chest pains and went back to the clinic and they told me I was just panicking from having something new in my body. Well it's a few days later now and they've only gotten worse, I am not panicking I am having constant chest pain and in my left arm too. I feel like I'm having a heart attack! I'm getting it removed today. Has this happened to anyone else???
