Sleepy time tea?

Just curious if anyone has asked their doctor if they are allowed to drink sleepy time tea? I'll ask mine but that's not helping me now! LoL I really want a cup help!

I asked my midwife with my last pregnancy and the regular one is fine. The extra sleepy Time with valerian root could cause issues she said so stay away from that one. But the regular one is good.

I drink it all the time and almost everyone I know has drank it through their pregnancies.

I drank it throughout my first pregnancy to try and substitute coffee (didn't work lol) and my Dr said it was ok, just don't drink gallons of it. I guess it's the herbs that could cause issues? Idk, but I drank a mug almost nightly and that pregnancy went fine :)

I.haven't heard of any of those herbs causing  complications in pregnancy. If say look up the ingredients on google to be sure non of them will interfere.
