I only heard that if you eat a lot of spicy foods your baby will be born with lots of hair. And even that is not true. My last pregnancy I craved spicy foods or some type of hot sauce on everything. My daughter is 8 months and is barely growing hair lol.

Ha no! When I was pregnant I would eat jalapeños like they were apples, and I put hot sause on every thing! I couldn't get enough spicy food and my kids are just fine.

I eat spicy food like is going out of style with all of my pregnantcies. My oldest is blind in his left eye but it has nothing to do with what I've eaten. He was premature. And for them to have a lot of hair from eating spicy food is not true either. My oldest was almost bald and my second had a little bit not a lot. My best friends daughter was born with hair to her shoulders and she didn't eat anything spicy she hates spicy food.
