Anybody experience lots of cramping during early pregnancy??

I am almost 7wks. My first pregnancy. I have been in/out of doctors for last 2weeks. With cramping and sore tummy. Last weekend they did vaginal ulrasound to make sure i didnt have ectopic...they couldnt see much,but it was in my uterus.

I experience pain and cramping in low abdomin,almost everyday. Not sure it ever goes away :(

Im so nervous,all day that Im going to miscarry. I just really need to make it thru a few more weeks into the safe zone,Id feel better after hearing heartbeat,and get past 10weeks. Im trying not to stress out,but I am. Uuugh
