tiny tissue passing, possible clots, NEED ADVICE potential decidual bleeding, picture included

So sorry for the picture of that grosses you out but I'm a terrified momma. I'm 7 weeks today and this came out while wiping today. I don't feel any pain at all and have only had bright red blood when I wipe after a hard BM which stops and turns brown immediately. My first real ObGYN visit is next Thursday and I'm trying to hold out hope that this could be normal. I've read it could be decidial bleeding due to this is around my "normal" menstrual cycle and you can pass a little tissue and have symptoms of period without actually having it. Hoping I can get a sense of what's going on from anyone who has gone through any of this? About to have to work all weekend and would like a peace of mind. Thanks
