I don't want to have sex with my husband anymore?

I'm 22 years old I've been married for almost 3years and I've lost all desire to have sex with my husband! I Used to want to do it all the time! Once a night never was good enough , now I shy at the thought of it. I try to make awkward conversation when I think he wants to do it , I dread the thought of him seeing me naked or touching me I just don't like it anymore!😔 on our last occasion I cried when it was over and walked into the bathroom refusing to speak , I live my husband very much I just don't understand what's happening in my mind right now! Has anyone experienced this? HELP!

You need to boost your self confidence, self image and self esteem. Seems like you are worried about your body, maybe because of changes in weight and appearance.

See if you can talk to your husband about it. He maybe your biggest supporter and will help you out if you just talk to him. Otherwise you can always tell your doctor if this is affecting your sex life.

Are you dealing with depression or taking any anti-depressants or anti-anxiety medications? I had that problem when I was prescribed celexa for a short period. I had to stop taking it because I didn't even want to be touched on my shoulder. Honestly it sounds like you may have a deeper issue going on that could have nothing to do with your husband. (This is coming from no judgment, just telling you my thoughts based on my own personal experience).

Try something new maybe? Foreplay, toys, anything you have haven't done! Somewhere you haven't done it! Make it exciting for you again!! Be kinky and tell him when you want it and how instead of waiting until about that time y'all usually do it. Wouldn't hurt to try at least! Be confident and know that he thinks you're sexy!

I've been going through the same thing!! I'm currently pregnant so it could be a hormonal change but in the beginning of my pregnancy I still wanted sex all the time. I used to not be able to get enough of him, we would literally fool around for hours! And now I don't even want to be touched. I feel like something switched off in my brain like sometimes it makes me angry when he touches me and it's not his fault at all I feel so bad I hope I'll go back to normal after birth :(

I've been dealing with super low sex drive for a few years. I also suffer from anxiety and depression. I understand where you're coming from. It's tough. I've talked to a doctor and she just suggested the norms I.e. Talk foreplay etc. 
I have found that if we have sex even when I don't want to, it causes me to want it. I also watch porn alone and with my husband. focusing on myself helps.

I think you should talk to him about it because these things does effect relationships. Also as a women we are more hard on our self as far as body image goes men don't care about that. Confidence and self-esteem is the key maybe you can do things to make you feel beautiful.
