Hmm ? Tmi .

Okay ladies any advice on what this could possibly be ??  I started spotting about 4 days ago on and off not at all like a normal period . Not even enough to wear a tampon or a pad just a linner . It started out brown watery cm , then a little pink .. Then back to brown . And has been MAINLY brown . I go to see my obgyn on tuseday so I'm avoiding spending ten dollars on a test . I've been getting weird cramps on an off , along with being naseous last night .. Having dizzy spells . And just feel strange .. Why could this be ?? Possibly pregnant ? Or what !! It's driving me crazy ..
