anyone on here a teacher in a right to work state?

During our recent election,  my state which is usually a blue state,  turned red. It is only a matter of time (I give it a year) until we are right to work as well.  I am curious to hear from other teachers who already went through this. What can I expect?

I know people in a right to work state. Tenure is out the window and there is a high turnover rate in their district. The consistency that we are used to is gone.

I teach in a right to work state. Really it doesn't affect many of the teachers in my building. The school has fired like only one person in the past few years, but it's because he was a pretty terrible teacher. Honestly, unless you deal with unreadable admin or you're bad at your job, then you have nothing to worry about.
