Heavy Flow

I don't know if anyone else has this problem but when i am on my cycle I'm embarrassed to leave the house because of how heavy I bleed. I always bleed through my clothes and I can't use tampons because I soak through them too fast. I wear the big pads that feel like diapers and the thought of having one on is embarrassing enough bc I feel like others can see it. Does anyone else have this problem or is it just me?
