period 5 days early

My period came 5 days early this month, I am married, sexually active. We haven't had sex since last week. So I know pregnancy isn't a topic and I am paranoid about it in the first place because my husband and I are waiting to have kids. I am on the BC patch (Xulane)  and change it every week on the same day. There was a time a few months back I messed it up and I was bleeding through and I wasn't sexually active at the time cause I waited till marriage.  But I have been super tense and stressed lately. I hate bleeding through my BC patch because that means at some point I may have messed it up. OR it's because I've been so stressed lately it just started early. That's a thing right? I am a kindergarten teacher if anyone was wondering 😅
