why do I feel like this?

My LO is 15 weeks now, I love her so much, don't have any problems looking after her etc. But I feel like my emotions are all over the place! One minute I'm happy next I could cry and I don't know why. She's not a good sleeper so don't know if it's just due to exhaustion, anyone else experiencing this?xxx

Cat, it's perfectly normal - you don't behave normally when you're sleep deprived. Plus you just went though the most amazing experience of your life - you gave birth to a new person! Cut yourself some slack, it's okay to be emotional. 
Do you have anyone that can watch baby for an hour or 2 whilst you nap?

My son is 14 weeks and for the past week - he's been waking up so frequently. Last night, he was up every hour and at one point, I was just holding him and crying bc I was so frustrated and tired. But I know I can get past this, it will get better, we just have to take each day as it comes :)
