I go in on the 8th for ovulation blood work which is cycle day 23 for me, today cycle day 18 I got a positive urine ovulation test, is it still gonna show up by cycle day 23 or should I try to get in sooner?

Last month I had positive urine opk on cycle day 22 but negative blood work cycle day 23...
