I'm not sure if it's a sign but for me, it's a super annoying symptom! I get like 1-3 hiccups in a row every hour or so. I believe it's just a digestive thing - like some women get heartburn, I get random hiccups.

Now that I'm in my third trimester, yes. Because baby is putting pressure on my diaphragm. But generally, no. Hiccups are not a sign of pregnancy. A positive pregnancy test is.
