Are these common early Pregnancy symptoms

So lately I've been feeling extremely nauseous for the past month, I've also had a rash on my stomach that I've never had before and when I looked it up it looks exactly like a pregnancy rash. I've also been off balance, I've had heart burn which I've never had before and I've been crying so much that it's actually making me angry. Thinking about it I really do want to be pregnant but I'm afraid of taking a test and it coming out negative. I know I have to take the test but I'm just afraid it will come back the opposite from what I truly want it to be.
