star anise

I've read you can't drink tea with Star Anise in it while breastfeeding, because it's toxic for baby. I just ate Pho and I read it can have star anise in the broth. But i also read only some star anise is toxic, often hard to find in the US. Anyone have any insight on this? Not sure what  to do. My LO is EBF and I don't have any pumped milk, so not sure what to do. I didn't eat a lot before I googled it. Maybe 1/2 cup worth.
