Saw this on Facebook and some people say it looks like a c- section but I've NEVER seen a c-section like this. What do you guys think happened? Tummy tuck gone wrong or something?

Looks like a tummy tuck. The belly button has been moved too. Thats a risk looks like keloid scaring.

I honestly am just guessing here but I assume it was a bad tummy tuck. Right above the scar you can see some faint stretch marks that lead into the scar but not down below, which makes me think the section of skin that more stretch marks may have been on was cut off. Also, her belly button looks horrible, like they tried to recreate her belly button (which is common in tummy tucks depending on how much skin is cut away and where) but did a poor job.
