Could i be pregnant

I had my last period on the 9th of October it lasted a normal 7 days the next month my period was 5 days late I took a home pregnancy test it came back negative. I got my period after that but it was super light and i wasn't really bleeding it lasted about 5 days which isn't to normal for me but my belly looks big I don't know if I'm pregnant or I'm just getting fat haha
