My house was robbed, can I break the lease?

My house was robbed tonight, they took absolutely everything including my sense of safety and security. I am 30 weeks pregnant and I have a toddler. He is sound asleep on the couch beside me but I am sitting here just listening for any little peep or bump. I'm so scared to go to sleep, I'm afraid they will come back to take what little I have left. I'm sure some of you ladies know how this feels, it happens a lot unfortunately. But I really do not want to live here anymore. How can I bring a baby into this home? After they ransacked through my nursery and destroyed it. To know that I can leave my home with my son for 45 minutes to pick up dinner and to come home our home being destroyed is very unsettling. I don't think I will ever get comfortable in this house again. Can I get out of my lease? I live in Indiana. They were able to get inside of my home through my bedroom window without breaking it, and my landlord forbids me from having a security system of any kind. No motion lights are allowed either. Just a sitting duck. Any help?
